The World Association of Theoretical and Computational Chemists has selected Laura Gagliardi as the 2026 Schrödinger medalist "for seminal contributions to multireference electronic-structure theory and for transformative applications of theoretical chemistry to catalysis, carbon capture, and water harvesting materials".
