Background
Alice Pelosse joined the groups of Heinrich Jaeger and Sidney Nagel as a Kadanoff-Rice Fellow in late 2023 after completing her Ph.D. at the MSC laboratory of the University Paris Cite, where she studied the coupling between granular flows and capillary phenomena such as drop spreading or thin film instability.
She continues her research at the James Franck Institute working on dense suspensions and granular media to study their behavior under confined conditions or training protocols.
