Background
Atreyie Ghosh joined JFI in 2023 as a Kadanoff-Rice postdoctoral scholar in Prof. Sarah King's group. She earned her PhD in Physics from the University of Pittsburgh under the supervision of Prof. Hrvoje Petek where she focused on the spin properties surface plasmon polaritons at nanometer spatial and femtosecond time scale. In King lab she will study the targeted modifications of 2D materials along with their electronic properties using ultrafast microscopy.
